Engineering for Kids Camps & Classes

Engineering For Kids® brings science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), to kids ages 4 to 14 in a fun and challenging way through camps and classes. With over 135 locations worldwide, Engineering For Kids® is proud to have inspired thousands of children to build on their natural curiosity by teaching engineering concepts through hands-on learning.

Engineering is, after all, one of the fastest growing industries in the world! All supplies are provided, including laptops and engineering equipment for the following summer camps.

MinecraftEDU: Traveling into the Future

This camp will immerse students in the expansive world of MinecraftEDU and challenge student’s ingenuity and problem solving skills as they navigate through several engineering challenges. Students will experiment with designs, learn teamwork and manage resources like an engineer in the real world.

The Engineering of Cities

Everything you need to know about the construction of cities! Students will explore civil, electrical, industrial and environmental engineering. They will explore energy production, filtering of water filtration and building structures.

Mechatronics Masterminds

Kelvin has created a perpetual motion machine, but an evil genius has stolen it! Kelvin needs your assistance to develop and test new gadgets that will help him find and safeguard his creation. Explore the basics of mechatronics engineering and logic based on programming.

Momentum Madness

Zero to sixty in two seconds? How fast can an object go without compromising safety? Students will work with their Pit Crew to design and build vehicles, such as dragsters and hovering levitrons, which should be able to withstand astonishing speeds. Fasten your seat belt, the race has begun!

Survivor Week: Engineering of Survival

Welcome to Survivor: Engineer’s Cove! Stranded on an abandoned island filled with perilous obstacles, work collaboratively with tribe members to compete in specific engineering related projects aimed at trying to survive the harsh island conditions and escape to freedom.
